The list we are provided serves that purpose upon its updates, does it not? Therefore, there would be no need for only some of us to receive that notification, or to provide it separately at all.
I think it is associated with your team, but I also believe it is telling you something else. The most likely correlation is that it was related to what you received, and the most likely assumption is that you, in some way, provided a contribution.
While true, I do not know why my device flashed for so long when it had made it clear that the gift I was offered was a result of my contributions.

They were able to provide some direction toward other teammates beginning this week, yes-- yours may be able to do the same. I was told it was 'someone who has probably heard many pirate jokes'.
Hansa offered to exchange teams with me a week ago. At the time I refused, still wanting to learn the limits of the rules we are bound by...
But I have been thinking it would be beneficial to him and I both if we were to make the exchange now. At the very least I can confirm or deny if he is on Tiger's team.
